This page describes the conditions under which SuperConnectr processes personal data collected from individuals (customers, prospects, etc.) in the context of their browsing on the https://superconnectr.com website (and its marketing versions) or their exchanges with SuperConnectr employees.

2. Categories of Data that you communicate to SuperConnectr
In general, You may access the Site without disclosing any personal data. SuperConnectr does not process any information that would allow You to be identified by name, directly or indirectly, unless You voluntarily provide us with such information by answering forms that may be provided to You or made available to You on the Site.
On the Site, the personal data that may be requested by SuperConnectr is your surname, first name(s), telephone number, e-mail addresses, current position(s), company(ies) to which You belong, country, IP address (hereinafter the "Data").
This Data will be processed electronically and will be stored by SuperConnectr in databases located exclusively within the European Union.
Use of the Site is personal. You may not, at any time, communicate to Us the Data of other persons.
3. Recipients of your Data
SuperConnectr may also transfer your Data to its partner, the company HUBSPOT, used for CRM solution purposes.
This US-based company is Privacy Shield certified. The Privacy Shield is a self-certification mechanism for companies established in the United States which has been recognised by the European Commission as offering an adequate level of protection for personal data transferred by a European entity to companies established in the United States. This mechanism is therefore considered to offer appropriate guarantees for such data transfers.
Furthermore, in order to guarantee the correct application of the RGPD, we have concluded agreements with this recipient that strictly govern the protection and security of your Data and the respect for the exercise of your rights.
Apart from the cases provided for in this article, your Data will not be communicated or transferred to third parties.

We will respond to your requests for product demonstrations, as well as any other questions You may send Us, via our contact form. When You send Us a form, You agree to communicate Your Data to Us and to receive our communications. To this end, SuperConnectr may respond to you by telephone and/or email.
- Purposes and duration of processing
For these treatments ;
We keep your Data for the duration of our exchanges and for a maximum period of twenty-four (24) months from your last contact with Us (e-mail, telephone call, etc.). At the end of this period, your Data is deleted;
And pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, point (f) of the RGPD, We have a legitimate interest in processing your Data for the purpose of answering your queries and sending You the information You have requested.
4.2 Subscribing to our Newsletter
You may receive our newsletter in order to keep You informed of our activity by providing Us with your e-mail address. You may refuse to receive this newsletter at any time, in particular via the link that will be indicated in the emails that You will receive for this purpose.
For this purpose, We process your Data:

When you visit the Site, SuperConnectr uses cookies placed by third parties in order to produce statistical reports, in particular on the number of visitors to the Site, the page(s) consulted and the languages preferred.

When you contact SuperConnectr directly, by whatever means, SuperConnectr reserves the right to keep a record of this correspondence for as long as is necessary to process the request contained therein. Data used to establish proof of the exercise of your rights are subject to an archiving policy for a period of 5 years as evidence.
If You believe that the processing of Your Data does not comply with the GDPR, You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
