Community Talks enable Community Builders to present and promote their community. They'll share with you their mission, their rituals, their tools, their best practices, what they've tried that's worked and what hasn't... and answer your questions.

These Community Talks are aimed in particular at professionals in the field of community animation, but also at anyone who simply wants to find out more about our guest of the day.

Community Talks: Community Builders share their experience of running a community

We are delighted to announce that SuperConnectr,the application dedicated to animating and promoting communities arrives in July 2020. In less than 1 month Community Builders will be able to animate their professional community by giving their members access to the communities they belong to, right in their pocket.

SuperConnectr aims to help your Community to facilitate networking, develop opportunities between your members and enhance interaction within your community..

At SuperConnectr, we are convinced that Communities are at the heart of the interactions that create value in a multitude of sectors of our economy. That's why, as part of our launch, we regularly invite a Community to take the floor to present itself and highlight its actions to its members and its ecosystem.

From 23 June to 23 July 2020, SuperConnectr is launching a series of 10 Community Talks to enable Community Builders to present and promote their community.They will tell you about their mission, their rituals, their tools, their best practices in facilitation, what they have tried that has worked and what has not... and will answer your questions.

These Community Talks are aimed in particular at professionals in the field of community animation, but also at anyone who simply wants to find out more about our guest of the day.

What is the role of La French Tech?

French Tech's mission is to help start-ups grow and go international, and to turn them into global champions. And to do this, in Lyon and Saint-Étienne, you can think of the acronym ONE, which can be summed up in three key actions:

O stands for Open Gate. Our mission is to act as a Connection hub start-ups with the local, national and international French Tech ecosystem.

N stands for National. We have a direct link with the French Tech mission, which is part of the Ministry of the Economy, and we roll out all the national French Tech programmes locally.

E stands for Ensemble. We bring together entrepreneurs and the ecosystem to develop high-impact collective actions to help our nuggets grow.

What did matchmaking used to be like?

In the early days, there was the carrier pigeon. Then came the Internet.
