    <\/p>\n

    The present general terms and conditions of use detail the rights and obligations of SUPERCONNECTR SAS, a simplified joint stock company under French law, with a share capital of \u20ac 5813.00, whose registered office is located at 33, rue de la R\u00e9publique, 69002 LYON, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number R.C.S. 838 476 265 (hereinafter the \"Company\"). \u00ab\u00a0Soci\u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb), <\/strong>and any Community Leader and\/or User Member of the SUPERCONTR Application (as these terms are defined hereafter) or edited by SUPERCONTR,<\/strong> provided by the Company and the functionalities and services it offers (hereinafter referred to as the \u00ab\u00a0Services\u00a0\u00bb).<\/strong><\/p>\n

    L\u2019Application est une solution de networking et d\u2019animation de communaut\u00e9, multicommunautaire ou communautaire privative, qui a pour objet de faciliter les interactions entre membres et faciliter l\u2019animation des communaut\u00e9s professionnelles (ci-apr\u00e8s la\u00a0ou les \u00ab\u00a0Communaut\u00e9(s)\u00a0\u00bb).\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. DEFINITIONS<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      <\/p>\n

      \u00ab\u00a0Application\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0SUPERCONNECTR : means the software application SUPERCONNECTR or edited by SUPERCONNECTR SAS for its clients, edited and provided by the Company, allowing access to the Services, and available free of charge on the App Store\u00a9 or Google Play\u00a9 to be downloaded by a User on his smartphone.<\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      \u00ab\u00a0Annuaire des Membres\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0: <\/strong>means the directory of business contacts held by the Community Leader, as uploaded by the said Community Leader in csv format on the Platform, or invited by the Community Leader by entering e-mail addresses, or accepted to join the community following a \"request to join\" from users via the interface of the SuperConnectr application.<\/p>\n

      \u00ab\u00a0Communaut\u00e9(s)\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0: <\/strong>has the meaning defined in Article 1.<\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      \u00ab\u00a0Community Leader\u00a0\u00bb <\/strong>or \u00ab\u00a0Vous\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0User: refers to (i) any user of the Platform made available by your manager and (ii) any administrator user of the Application who has accepted the present General Terms of Use when first connecting to the Application.<\/p>\n
